Rosemary was a friend to us both. Her energy and enthusiasm was remarkable. There always seemed to be another show to audition for, rehearsals to attend and new theatre productions and films to see, as well as all her other interests. We enjoyed talking about the latest Royal Exchange production or NT Live broadcast at Parrswood. Rosemary was a joy to work with at the Athenaeum and was a real driver for action. We could always talk about holidays, which Rosemary loved. Rosemary really looked forward to getting away with a friend or Michael. Rosemary was active in so many areas and across so many very different organisations. It is hard for us to believe such a vibrant spirit could be extinguished, harder still for Bernard, Sarah, Michael and the rest of the family. Our thoughts are with them.
